We are looking to fill in the position of Customer Service Agent.
Scope: Customer Education & Support; Reporting
· Provide customer education on the company’s products & services.
· Ensure maintenance of the brand experience.
· Undertake customer care, help & support activities.
· Prepare customer reports and maintain accurate records of the same.
· Undertake online platforms monitoring.
· Provide effective & efficient service to customers across all media.
· Diploma in Customer Service or a Business-related field.
· At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Effective communication skills both oral and written.
· Good problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
