Qualifications
·         Diploma in customer service or business course / front office.
·         Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills and must be able to communicate efficiently with patients and be sensitive to their needs.
·         Basic IT skills and two years’ experience in customer care or front desk in a private hospital setting.
Key Competencies
Compassionate care, Patient Centred, Teamwork, Service excellence, Results Oriented, Reliability with demonstrated interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism and ethics.
Additional mandatory general minimum requirements
1.       Certificate of good conduct.
2.      Credit Reference Bureau Clearance
3.      Basic Computer Applications.
