Internal Auditor

Responsibilities
·         Undertaking audit verification assignments;
·         Preparing and submitting audit findings;
·         Preparing and maintaining audit working papers for jobs assigned;
·         Develop and implement audit management systems;
·         Carrying out a review of accounting, financial and budgetary systems;
·         Communicate any loopholes within the Institution structure, recommend appropriate solutions to ensure minimal disruptions to business operations from unsupportive structures;
·         Induct other audit staff on the use of computerized audit techniques and methods for ease in the use of techniques; and
·         Undertaking non-financial audit assignments; set up systems of internal control and regulation.
·         Develop and implement audit plans.
·         Ensure public Procurement & Disposal Act 2015 is adhered to in all the procurement processes.
·         Advice management on policies related to internal controls, financial accounting and report on financial administration as per the Government Regulations
Qualifications
For appointment at this level an officer must have:
·         Served as an Internal Auditor II, for a minimum of three (3) years;
·         Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance,
Or
·         Holder of CPA (K); or its equivalent
·         Be a registered member of a professional body;
·         Relevant Certificate in computer application skills.
·         Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedure, laws rules and regulations.
·         Shown merit, integrity and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Office Administrator

Responsibilities
·         Recording dictation in shorthand and transcribing it in typewritten form;
·         Typing from drafts, manuscripts or recording from dictation machines
·         Processing Data;
·         Managing E-Office;
·         Ensuring Security Of Office Records, Documents And Equipment;
·         Operating office equipment; and
·         Handling telephone calls.
·         Making appointments and reservations for the office.
·         Handling and filling confidential information or any other documents.
·         Receiving, sorting, registering and distributing incoming mails for the assigned office for action.
·         Handling office files and maintaining an effective filing system.
·         Maintaining high standards of cleanliness/hygiene and tidiness within the office.
·         Handling all typing duties as may be required.
·         Performing basic office administrative duties.
·         Maintenance of accreditation and ISO certification
Qualifications
·         Minimum of ‘O’ level mean Grade C- (Minus)
·         Diploma in Secretarial Studies Module III.
·         Proficient in Computer.

Farm Manager

Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail
Managerial Responsibilities:
·         Plan and budget for farm activities to ensure timely and cost effective implementation of farm activities minimizing wastages.
·         Set and implement farm policies to ensure maximum farm productivity.
·         Maintain appropriate stocking/cropping ratios to ensure sustained seasonal production by avoiding oversupply and minimize strain on resources.
·         Oversee teams on operations to produce relevant information.
·         Supervising the staff in the farm.
Operational Responsibilities:
·         Pest and Disease control
·         Manage pastures/feed to ensure animal nutritional demands are met and reduce wastage.
·         Record farm activities and processes for effective monitoring of herd and crop performance.
·         Ensure safety in handling of chemicals to minimize risk of intoxication and wastage.
·         Market produce to ensure reduced wastage of the harvest and get the best prices.
Qualifications
·         Must have experience in a large farm.
·         Must have at least a diploma in farm.
·         Knowledge in computer-based farm management systems.
·         Good communication and interpersonal skills
·         Have supervisory skills ,
·         Knowledge of Record management and procurement procedures

Computer Technician

Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
·         Installing and maintaining Technical equipment used in Engineering training services;
·         Offering technical support in laboratories and workshops; and
·         Determining equipment specifications for laboratories.
Qualifications
For appointment to this JOB GROUP, an officer must have:
·         Served as a Technician in a comparable position in the Public Service or Private Sector for a minimum period of three (3) years;
·         Diploma in Computer Studies or ICT module III from a recognized institution;
·         Shown merit, integrity and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Store Keeper
Responsibilities
·         Stores Inventory and Administrative Support.
·         Stores Control Measures and overall store management.
·         Responsible for all stores issuance and receipts.
·         Proper record keeping of all consumables.
·         Raising of purchase orders to relevant department managers.
·         Keeping track of Stock levels and ensuring all are within boundaries.
·         Ensuring the control mechanisms are implemented and followed to the latter.
·         Preparing monthly stock takes and valuations.
·         Sharing the Reports of usage with the Finance team monthly.
·         Booking all receipts of spares and or purchases through the stores.
·         Any other duties that might be allocated by the line Manager and or Senior management.
Qualifications
·         Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in stock control.
·         Must have a Diploma in Procurement and Supplies or related field.
·         Good analytical and reporting skill with excellent attention to detail.
·         High professional integrity and organizational skills.
·         Computer literate and good command of excel.
·         Able to clearly write and understand English.
·         Self-motivated and with initiative.
·         Must be willing to work under pressure.

Plumbing Artisan

Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:-
·         Undertaking more complex repairs and maintenance works; and
·         Carrying out routine checks in line with their area of specialization (e.g masonry, Welding, Electrical Installation and Plumbing)
Qualifications
For appointment to this SCALE, an officer must have:-
·         Must have attained a minimum of D (plain) in ‘O’ level.
·         Served in the Scale of Artisan I for a minimum period of three (3) years;
·         Minimum Government Trade Test I or Artisan in the relevant trades; and
·         Shown merit, integrity and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Masonry Artisan
Scale 9
Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:-
·         Undertaking more complex repairs and maintenance works; and
·         Carrying out routine checks in line with their area of specialization (e.g masonry, Welding, Electrical Installation and Plumbing)
Qualifications
For appointment to this SCALE, an officer must have:-
·         Must have attained a minimum of D (plain) in ‘O’ level.
·         Served in the Scale of Artisan I for a minimum period of three (3) years;
·         Minimum Government Trade Test I or Artisan in the relevant trades; and
·         Shown merit, integrity and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Electrical Installation Artisan

Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:-
·         Undertaking more complex repairs and maintenance works; and
·         Carrying out routine checks in line with their area of specialization (e.g masonry, Welding, Electrical Installation and Plumbing)
