Thursday July 25, 2019-Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has now claimed there is a plot to arrest him over his relationship with Deputy President William Ruto.
According to him, there is a scheme to silence the allies of the DP before 2022, when he seeks to replace President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Nyoro alleged that detectives have been monitoring him and will soon arrest him over the management of National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF).
He also claimed that questioning Interior Principal Secretary (PS) Karanja Kibicho has landed him in trouble.
Nyoro divulged that he has been criticizing the PS in the recent past and it seems some forces in the Government are not happy with his stand on matters of national interest.
“Power is fleeting and those misusing their positions will vacate them for others. The idea to arrest me has been hatched after my questioning the interior PS on several issues that were raised by the Auditor-General,” Nyoro stated.
Nyoro is a staunch supporter of DP Ruto, and has promised to stand with the latter in his bid to succeed President Kenyatta after his term comes to an end in 2022.
