Wednesday July 3, 2019 - Self-proclaimed National Resistance Movement (NRM) general, Miguna Miguna, has told NASA leader, Raila Odinga, not to expect anything good from his ‘bromance’ with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Since the March 9th, 2018 handshake, Uhuru and Raila have been working together and the former Premier has even become a close confidante of the Son of Jomo.
Uhuru has also isolated his Deputy, William Ruto, and he has been sending mixed signals on whether he will endorse him for the Presidency in 2022.
On Wednesday, State House blogger, Dennis Itumbi, was arrested by Flying Squad officers for reportedly faking a letter linking four Cabinet Secretaries from Mt Kenya to an assassination plot against William Ruto.
According to Miguna, Itumbi was arrested not because of the fake letter but because of the ongoing proxy war between the Head of State and his deputy.
Miguna said Uhuru operates like the mafia and he has no friend or brother.
The Osgoode trained lawyer urged Raila Odinga to learn a lesson from Itumbi’s arrest and note that the Mafia has no brother or friend.
“Dennis Itumbi is trending today because Despot Uhuru Kenyatta has arrested him. Itumbi is just a collateral damage in a proxy war Uhuru Kenyatta has declared on his deputy @WilliamsRuto. The lesson should be learnt by @RailaOdinga: The Mafia has no "brother" or "friend." Miguna said on Wednesday.
