Sunday July 21, 2019-President Uhuru Kenyatta has reaffirmed his commitment to roll out development projects in the country for the benefit of all Kenyans.
Speaking during the commissioning of new Kenya Co-operative Creameries (KCC) plant in Dandora yesterday, Uhuru said he will not be dragged into political sideshows at the time his Government is focused on delivering services to the people.
He noted that he is not afraid of anyone and will not be intimidated by politicians to give in to their demands, saying he stands by what he said at Kasarani, where he warned politicians, especially those allied to Deputy President William Ruto, to stop the 2022 campaigns and focus on development.
“I will continue to visit other parts of the country to launch development projects and ensure we deliver on our promises. I want to assure you and I will not be scared by anyone to abandon my course. I will not engage in political fights,” Uhuru said.
