See the deadly charges ITUMBI and TALAM may face over faking RUTO‘s assassination letter – UHURU is not joking with these saboteurs

Monday July 1, 2019-Deputy President William Ruto’s aid Emanuel Talam and State House blogger, Dennis Itumbi are currently swimming on muddy waters after they were linked to a fake letter linking four Cabinet Secretaries to the assassination of Deputy President William Ruto.

According to reports from the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), the FBI Cyber Crime Unit, the two agencies have already identified the authors of the fake letter and it is Itumbi and Talam.

Police have also visited a cyber café in Karen near DP Ruto’s home where materials related to the probe were confiscated.

According to top city lawyer, Donald Kipkorir, Itumbi and Taalam should be charged with terrorism related charges for trying to fake the assassination of Ruto.

Kipkorir, who is also a close ally to the African Union (AU) Representative Raila Odinga argues that any act that tends to cause fear among the public and intimidate the government is an act of terrorism.

“An act that is intended to cause fear amongst public members or intimidate the Government is Terrorism ... The authors, financiers & distributors of the Fake Letter to Kill the Deputy President must be charged with Terrorism. Minister Matiang’i should gazette them as Terrorists,” Kipkorir wrote on Twitter on Monday.
