Thursday, July 11, 2019- A middle aged man has chained himself outside City Hall and threatened to commit suicide unless his demand is met.

Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko, shared the photos of the man outside his office on Thursday morning and stated that the man demanded to meet President Uhuru.

"Whoever is near city hall. Huyu jamaa ako hapo sai anasema kama haoni President Uhuru sai anajinyonga (This guy is outside City Hall now, he is saying if he doesn't see President Uhuru he will commit suicide)," Sonko said.

The Kenyan DAILY POST has learned that the man who is identified as Kumundio Kimanza, says he prophesied that Uhuru will become president and wants to meet the Head of State because his prophesy has come to pass.

"I want to speak with Uhuru because my dream has come to pass. I saw all this and I admire him," he said.

He also carried a placard asking Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja and Lang’ata MP Nixon Korir to help him meet Uhuru.
