Government spokesman, CYRUS OGUNA accused of owning a club in Langata that is playing loud music at night – Residents are not sleeping

Sunday July 21, 2019-Nairobi residents have asked Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko, to order the closure of Four Horsemen Grill and Bar in Langata saying the club is making deafening noise at night.

 According to residents who include renowned blogger, Robert Alai the club which is owned by government spokesman, Colonel Cyrus Oguna is always playing deafening music that cannot allow their families to sleep comfortably.

Four Horsemen Club and Grill is located opposite Uhuru Gardens.

Residents have claimed that they have not had sleep for the last two months due to deafening noise from the club. They no longer enjoy being in their houses during the weekends. They have tried to complain but county askaris have not taken any action.

Some residents claimed National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) and city council officers always visit the club but they are always bribed by Oguna and his operatives.
