Friday July 26, 2019 - A section of Jubilee Party members allied to Deputy President William Ruto have come out to deny claims that the situation is worsening in the party.

This comes only two days after Kapseret MP and close ally of Ruto, Oscar Sudi, revealed that the relationship between the DP and President Uhuru Kenyatta is already damaged.

Speaking yesterday, Soy MP, Caleb Kositany, another ally of Ruto, refuted these claims saying that all is well in the party and now wants Sudi to restrain himself from making such remarks.

“Sudi is a leader like any other, and leaders come in different packages.”

“There are those who speak their minds and those who choose to remain silent.”

“Sudi should go slow,” he said.

His remarks were echoed by Kirinyaga Woman Representative, Purity Wangui Ngirichi, a pro-Ruto crusader.

Ngirichi denied having any such knowledge, observing that the initial bond remains intact between Uhuru and Ruto.

She said that any information about a fallout should only come from the two.

"Unless I hear it from the horse's mouth, Uhuru and Ruto are very much together.”

“The way they combined forces in the 2013 General Election, I cannot take what some leaders are saying,” she said.

Sudi insisted on Wednesday that the centre can no longer hold between the two leaders, likening them to a married man and wife sleeping in different rooms.
