Two years ago my sister came to live in my house in Rongai. She had completed high school and I thought it was a good idea to have her around as we planed on how she will proceed to campus. Eunice could help me take care of the kids as I did not want to hire a house girl. I talked with my husband to see whether he was comfortable with the idea, he said yes. I sent my sister KSh 2,000 for transport and told her to come the following Monday. After receiving her at my house and allocating her duties, we agreed I would be rewarding her KSh 6,000 monthly. For three months everything was okay.

I was excited because my children were fine and my husband was always praising my sister for helping us. Little did I know I brought a snake into my home. Usually, I leave the house before my husband. I work in a bank in the Nairobi and my husband works at an NGO in Karen. He leaves home at 9am but I am forced to set off at 6am because of heavy traffic along Lang'ata Road. Early in the morning before leaving the house, I would make sure my sister was out of bed to start her chores so that she could have enough time to rest and watch in the afternoon. Issues with husband My issues with hubby started in October 2017.

One day he had gone to the bathroom and forgot his phone in the sitting room. It started ringing and I answered after seeing it was his mother calling. After the call, I started scrolling through his gallery, and to my surprise, I found a photo my husband had taken with my sister in her bedroom. In the photo, he was bare-chested and my sister was in her night dress. Her head was resting on my husband’s chest. I quickly forwarded the photo to my phone, deleted the trail and kept mum.

"There was something going on between them," I told myself. I went on with my usual activities without mentioning anything. They were convinced I knew nothing about their dealings but I just waited for the day I would find them together. I came to realise that he was wiring KSh 5,200 to my sister every end month. This surprised me since I was the one charged with paying her. This made me furious and I realised if I continued pretending, things would only get worse. I went to town, bought a second hand CCTV camera and secretly fitted it inside my sister's bedroom.

After two weeks, I went and replayed the footage from the camera. I did this from the comfort of my office. I couldn’t believe my eyes. In the span of one week, I saw my sister getting intimate with my husband three times and make it worse; without protection. I cried at my desk, asking God how he could let my husband do this to me. It was painful! That evening, I went home with the video. After the evening meal, I called my husband and my sister to the table and watch something interesting. They thought it was one of the trendy Whatsapp memes.

What happened next almost cost my life. The two started beating me out of anger. Afterwards my husband went to the bedroom, called my sister and told her to throw out my clothes. Within thirty minutes, all my things were outside the house. They chased me out and shut the door. I was forced to go and sleep in my neighbour’s house. The following morning I went to my in-law's home. I arrived and told them what had transpired. My mother-in-law called my husband and questioned him. ”I am in love with Eunice.

I have decided to marry her and she is pregnant. I am done with with this woman and that should be between me and you mum. If you try to separate us, you will never get my financial support,” George barked at him mother. George stopped supporting his mother financially after realising that I was living with her. He never picked my calls. In January 2018, I gave up decided to continue with life as a single woman. Something, however, came in to my mind, and compelled me to fight for my family.

As I was figuring out a solution, one of my neighbours suggested I contact Dr Mugwenu. I had heard about the herbalist but I was not keen to take note of his services. Lorna informed me that in 2009, her husband behaved in a similar manner and Daktari Mugwenu came to her rescue. After he intervened, Lorna said her life is now smooth and her hubby back to shape. I did the same and contacted Mugwenu who weighed in on the situation. Within three days after visiting the herbalist, my husband and my sister fell out. George chased chased her away.

What excited me most was that my husband contacted me. He was crying and pleading for forgiveness like a small boy. We united in April and now we are living in peace. I am taking this opportunity to tell anyone having similar problems to visit Dr. Mugwenu for he has tailor-made solutions for you.
