UHURU to kick out Ex-Citizen TV’s KANZE DENA out of State House Press Unit, the TV girl has failed (FULL DETAILS)

Friday, June 14, 2019 - President Uhuru Kenyatta is set to replace the Head of the Presidential Strategic Communication Unit (PSCU) Kanze Dena with a more competent person.

According to well placed sources, the former Citizen TV anchor has not been performing as expected.

On most occasions, the President has left the country and returned without any press release from the PSCU unit that is headed by Kanze Dena.

At one time, Kenyans were forced to look for President Uhuru Kenyatta through social media after his long absence in public.

The PSCU team led by Kanze Dena had not been updating Kenyans on the President’s whereabouts, forcing them to question his absence.

Journalists from most media houses have been on Dena’s neck for failing to respond to their inquires on time and failing to update them on the President’s diary.

At times, she doesn’t respond to their inquiries at all.

Kanze Dena’s team has not been handling the President’s social media handles well.

There are times the President’s social media handles remain dormant for almost a week despite him attending several official functions.

In March this year, the former Citizen TV anchor landed in trouble with Kenyans after the President’s twitter and facebook accounts were deactivated.

When Kenyans questioned what exactly had happened, Kanze said that Uhuru’s social media accounts were personal and that the President reserves the right to decide whether he wants them active or not.

Later on, the Chief of Staff in the Office of The President, Nzioka Waita, stated that all official social media handles, Twitter and Facebook, of the President had been temporarily suspended to allow for remedial measures to be undertaken.

Kanze Dena’s appointment to State House has been marred with incompetency and that’s why President Uhuru Kenyatta’s feels that the former TV girl should be replaced with a more competent person.

She will be assigned another plum job in Government.
