Wednesday, June 26, 2019 - A Kenyan man has reportedly won a Sh100 million lottery in Dubai but he cannot be reached.

Reports in Khaleej Times and Gulf News, the lucky Kenyan called Paul Wachira, won the Dubai Duty-Free Raffle after his ticket number 2162 was picked.

However, organizers of the lottery have not been able to reach him and probably he doesn’t know about it.

Wachira is said to have purchased his winning ticket online, according to reports.

Three other winners were announced in the Dubai Duty-Free Finest Surprise promotion and each of them has won a luxury vehicle.

The second and third winners won a Bentley Betayga V8 and a Range Rover HSE 340 HP respectively.

Launched in 1999, the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire promotion offers 5,000 ticket holders the chance to win a staggering $1 Million (Ksh100 Million)
