MURKOMEN reveals more details about TUJU and NYANJA’s leaked audio recording about fixing RUTO - Even UHURU will be shocked by this

Monday June 24, 2019 - Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen, has warned Jubilee Party Secretary General, Raphael Tuju, against disowning the leaked audio tape between him and former Limuru MP, George Nyanja.

In the leaked phone conversation, Tuju is heard planning on how to fix Deputy President William Ruto ahead of the 2022 presidential elections.

Speaking on Monday, Murkomen, who is also the Senate Majority Leader, claimed that the recording was recorded by members of the press who had heeded to Nyanja's press conference invitation on an undisclosed date, adding that it is the former MP who called Tuju.

He said that the conversation was leaked by a journalist whose recorder had captured the conversation and Njanya was unaware that the recorders and cameras were still on, before proceeding to make the call.

"I can tell you how it happened.”

“It is actually a matter of fact that the conversation took place and where the clip came from was Nyanja was having a Press Conference and unfortunately made a phone call to Tuju when the cameras were still rolling and recorders of radio people and TV people were still there," Murkomen said.

The Senator advised politicians to be cautious with how they handle their private issues to avoid landing in the former Rarieda MP's current situation.

"That recording is not debatable, it is, of course, a privileged conversation between two people, which ordinarily shouldn't have become public.”

“I know in political circles many people say things that they would be very ashamed of if the things were broadcast to the public," he said.

Tuju has already disowned the audio recording saying it is the work of his political enemies.
