Is RUTO offloading the Sh 1000 note hidden in his house? He bought a mahindi choma for over Ksh 10,000 (VIDEO)

Friday, June 7, 2019 - A video of Deputy President William Ruto buying a mahindi choma for over Ksh 10,000 has emerged.

In the video, Ruto is seen taking out a bundle of Sh 1,000 note from his pocket which he counts and hands over to a woman who was roasting maize by the road-side.

Kenyans are questioning whether the DP is offloading the Sh 1,000 note he has hidden in his house before the October deadline.
