Sunday, June 16, 2019- Kenyan media personality, Larry Madowo, has taken to social media to pay tribute to his late dad, who passed on 25-years ago, as the world marks Fathers Day.

Mr. Madowo, who is currently the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Africa Business Editor revealed that it has been 25 years since his father passed on and while life without him was not easy, he feels they have made him proud.

He shared a photo of his late dad and captioned it:

It’s been 25 years since my dad left this world.

“ I was just a little boy but I knew he loved us and he spoiled us rotten. It was almost as if he understood that he wouldn’t be with us for long.

“The years after weren’t always easy but I think we made him proud.

Happy #FathersDay,”
