Here is the chilling message the JKUAT student, who was shot while sneaking into State House with a knife, wrote on social media


Tuesday, June 11, 2019 - A fifth year student at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) was shot while trying to sneak into State House Nairobi, armed with a knife.

Brian Kibet Bera, 25, tried to gain access to State House by scaling over the ‘Gate Bravo’ but was spotted by security officers.

When security officers confronted him, the Mechanical Engineering student drew out a knife forcing officers to open fire.

They shot him on the shoulder.

He was arrested and booked at Kileleshwa Police Station before being rushed to Kenyatta National Hospital where he is receiving treatment.

It has emerged that the student had been planning to sneak into State House if his latest post on social media is anything to by.

On June 9th, he wrote a threatening message to President Uhuru and revealed that he planned to attack State House claiming that he had been ‘instructed by God’

I mean seriously even the Koplo who tackled a grenade and machine gun wielding alshabab in Garisa during the student massacre some years back must be turning in his grave in utter disgust!
