Has RUTO started offloading his looted billions after UHURU’s move to withdraw 1,000 notes? See what he did with his money this weekend?

Monday June 3, 2019 - Deputy President William Ruto has given Sh100, 000 to Nyamira Primary School students for their lunch.

This was revealed by Jubilee Youth leader, Ben Mogaka.

Ruto, who was touring the County for the first time since 2017, had made an impromptu stopover in a school located few meters from Nyamira town.

While it could not be immediately established how much exactly Ruto had given, Jubilee Youth Leader, Ben Mogaka, said Dr. Ruto gave Sh100, 000 to the school.

"It was nice having time with DP Ruto in Nyamira Primary School.”

“He gave a donation of Sh100, 000 for lunch.”

“It's such humbling to have the DP around," he said.

According to him, the DP had not planned to land at the institution but made a decision when it emerged that he had to move closer to Nyamira town after landing at Nyaigesa.

This comes even as Central Bank Governor Patrick Njoroge announced the withdrawal of the old 1,000 notes after launching new notes on Saturday.
