After nullifying UHURU‘s win in 2017, see what CJ MARAGA is planning - UHURU and RUTO are going home before 2022!! – RAILA is the next CIC

Thursday June 6, 2019-Chief Justice, David Maraga on Tuesday accused the Executive of disrespecting other institutions of governance such as the Judiciary and Legislature.

Delivering a key note speech on "Constitutionalism in Africa" in London, Maraga said State has been frustrating independent institutions such as Judiciary resulting to impunity and authoritarianism.

…In Kenya, and I believe in many other African States, after independence, what followed in the subsequent decades is that State institutions, including the Judiciary, were subjugated and subordinate to the Executive,” he said.

According to Maraga, Kenyans have lost respect for the constitution and confidence in the political system.

The CJ also pointed out that Kenya has retained some of the laws that were used for colonial oppression even after gaining independence.

Maraga‘s speech seems to have ruffled feathers of Jubilee Goverment apologists like political analyst, Mutahi Ngunyi

Commenting on social media, Mutahi Ngunyi accused Maraga of planning to use "civilian coup to oust President Uhuru Kenyatta before his tenure ends in 2022"

He said Maraga will use Two Third Gender rule to dissolve Parliament thereby sending President Uhuru Kenyatta home before 2022.

This #NationMediaGarbage is NOT ORGANIC. It has a SPONSOR. What we SHOULD be talking about is the MARAGA speech at OXFORD. This MAN will DISSOLVE parliament over the GENDER rule. And with the SAME stroke, he will SEND Uhuru HOME! The CIVILIAN COUP never DIED,” Mutahi wrote on his Twitter page.
