WETANGULA finally breaks silence on conning Dubai ruler a whopping Sh400 million in fake gold-It seems even the DCI fears this guy

Wednesday May 29, 2019-Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula has for the first time spoken out about the fake gold scam in which he is implicated and expected for questioning by the DCI.

Speaking at a press briefing on Wednesday, Wetangula dismissed the allegations, terming them as fabricated lies.

He even denied he had been summoned by the DCI for grilling today.

"There are reports that you have been summoned at the DCI over the fake gold scam, what do you have to say about that?" Citizen TV’s Enock Sikolia posed.

In response, Wetangula stated that he was not aware of the matter, refusing to divulge more information on it.

"I am not aware of what you are talking about, it is a non-issue to me and I don't want to engage in it," he conveyed.

"From my itinerary, I am going to console with the family of Fredrick Oduya Oprong, then I'll be at a committee meeting in the Senate and in the afternoon I'll be in the plenary debating issues of national interest," he added.
