Was anyone bribed by Migori Governor OKOTH OBADO with millions to kill SHARON OTIENO’s murder case – HAJI’s men are not serious

Tuesday May 7, 2019 - There was shock and confusion at Milimani Law Courts on Tuesday after Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Jacob Ondari, dropped charges against Migori Governor Okoth Obado who was facing conspiracy to commit murder.

In a flimsy and suspicious way, Ondari told the court that they decided to drop Okoth’s case because the court cannot hear a conspiracy charge at the same time as the actual murder charge also mounted against his Personal Assistant Michael Oyamo and County Clerk Caspal Obiero.

Ondari added that Obado's conspiracy case could be revisited at a later date as all murder-related charges can only be handled by the high court.

The Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), George Kinoti, is opposed this new development of dropping Obado’s case by the DPP saying it is denying justice to the late Sharon and her family.

DPP, Noordin Haji is said to be aware of the ongoing saga but he is silent.

Some Kenyans are now questioning whether the prosecution team received “something” from Obado.
