UAE ruler, SHEIKH MAKTOUM, should forget about ever getting his gold – WETANGULA is being protected by RAILA and UHURU

Wednesday May 29, 2019 - A vocal political analyst has said that the royal family in Dubai should forget about the gold it had reportedly paid for in the Sh400 million fake gold scandal.

In an interview with KBC on Wednesday morning, lawyer Ambrose Weda said since the scandal has touched powerful men in Government, nothing will be done to compensate the UAE ruler.

In the scandal, criminals led by Bungoma Senator, Moses Wetangula, conned UAE ruler, Sheikh Maktoum, Sh 400 million in the pretext that they can sell him gold from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

In a recorded phone conversation, Wetangula mentioned the name of President Uhuru Kenyatta, National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, and Interior CS, Fred Matiangi, as his accomplices.

Weda now claims that at no point will the buyer get his minerals because judging by the look of things, there was no gold in the first place and the entire deal was a hoax.

“The Sheikh will soon have to accept the loss because there was no gold in the first place.”
“You cannot transport gold without the Government's knowledge," Weda said.

Meanwhile, Wetangula, who has been adversely mentioned in the scandal, has today said he doesn’t know anything called the gold scandal and termed it as a non-issue to him.
