Scope: Reporting to assigned Managers.
Qualifications
·         Age 25 – 40 years.
·         Diploma in Secretarial Studies by the Kenya National Examination Council:-
·         Typewriting II (40 w.p.m.)
·         Business English III/Communications II
·         Secretarial duties II
·         Office Practice II
·         Office Management III
·         Commerce II
·         Relevant Computer application packages.
·         Should be in possession of Grade C- in K.C.S.E. or Division III.
·         Minimum 2 years experience in Secretarial Management.
·         Should be in possession of good secretarial skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
·         Knowledge in Administrative work is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
·         Responsible for ensuring standard office practices and routine procedures are carried out effectively.
·         Responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence relating to the office and registering each correspondence in the appropriate books.
·         Ensuring proper filing and effective record keeping of all mails coming to the office and channeling the same to the appropriate recipients.
·         Maintain diary of the office activities, schedule appointments, screening of calls and maintain good image of the office.
