BUSTED? This is where UHURU and RUTO have been hiding our money even as the looting continues! Even the looted Eurobond was stashed there

Friday May 31, 2019 - Legislators have raised concerns over secret accounts that have been set aside for President Uhuru Kenyatta, DP William Ruto and other State agencies.

According to reports, the lawmakers want to oversee the accounts fearing that they might be used to steal public funds.

While speaking in Parliament on Tuesday, Kitui Central MP, Makali Mulu, explained that it was necessary for MPs to be allowed to vet the confidential accounts.

Mulu noted that a lot of money goes into the secret accounts held by State House.

Therefore, legislators should know how the money is spent.

“Best practices outside Kenya are that a few legislators are vetted by the intelligence agencies —in our case the National Intelligence Service, to access details of the vote.”

“The time has come when we have to ask the Executive to vet members of Parliament who sit in the committee (Administration and National Security) to get details on the kind of expenditure it commits on the account,” stated Mulu.

Kimilili MP, Didmus Barasa, echoed similar concerns saying that MPs should be allowed to oversee the accounts to ensure the money is not embezzled.
