UHURU’s government reveals what will happen to Kenyans who don’t register for Huduma Namba(VIDEO)

Friday, April 26, 2019- The government has warned that there will be consequences for Kenyans who will not have registered for the Huduma Namba before the May 18, 2019 deadline.

Speaking during a TV interview, Kenyan Government spokesperson Mr Eric Kiraithe equated the Huduma Namba to the national identity card (ID) and urged Kenyans to spare time and register for the National Integrated Identity Management System (Niims) number to avoid inconveniences.

“The consequences are very simple; if you are living in a country where you are required to produce your identity card at the bank or when you’re sitting an exam, at the end of the day, unless you really want to be inconvenienced, you will have to get it(huduma namba)”explained Kiraithe.

He added: “Whereas now you are only going to the local school or market and getting it… You will travel longer distances. At the end of the day you cannot choose not to do with it,”

So far, over 19 million Kenyans have registered.
