SHOCK as RUTO now plans to acquire another chopper and fixed wing aircraft as poor Kenyans continue to die of hunger

Wednesday April 10, 2019-Deputy President William Ruto is planning to get two aircrafts to ease his trips across the country.

Ruto placed an advertisement in a local daily calling for suitable bids to lease a helicopter and a fixed wing to his office.

Applications to supply the aircrafts include payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh 1,000, and one also needs to be registered with relevant trades and categories.

One also needs to have a security worth Ksh500,000 from an established bank or a recognized Insurance Company.

The tender documents are available at Ruto's Harambee House Annex offices 1st Floor, room  1512/13.

"The Government reserves the right to reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender," the advertisement reads.

This comes at the time when many Kenyans are dying as a result of hunger occasioned by the ravishing drought.
