Thursday April 18, 2019-Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko has exposed the dire situation at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), especially the washrooms, saying something must be done urgently and fast.
Venting on social media, Sonko took to Facebook with a live coverage of the situation at the washrooms in the international arrivals section of JKIA where he highlighted the sorry state of the urinals which have exposed live wires.
“,” Sonko said.
This comes against the backdrop of a controversial proposal to have JKIA management taken over by national carrier Kenya Airways (KQ).
