Reprieve for Citizen TV’s JACQUE MARIBE as court rules in her favour in the MONICA KIMANI murder case.

Monday, April 08, 2019-Citizen TV journalist Jacque Maribe can now breathe a sigh of relief after court ruled in her favor in the ongoing Monica Kimani murder case.

Maribe and her ex-lover Joe Irungu were arrested in connection with the cold blooded murder of business lady Monica Kimani whose lifeless body was found at her house in Kilimani, Nairobi on September 21st 2018.

Detectives seized Maribe’s Toyota Allion after their investigations indicated that the car was at the scene of crime.

However, she has been handed the car after the prosecution agreed to use use photographs of the car as evidence in their murder case.

Reacting to the ruling, State House operative and one-time Maribe’s lover, Dennis Itumbi, slammed the media for vilifying Maribe.

“Jacque Maribe has her Car back. #SystemYaFacts None of the Prosecution witnesses places the car in the scene of crime. In fact, the only car that allegedly came into Lemuria Gardens with a man in a white Kanzu was a taxi. Media Narratives. Vigilante Justice. Pitchfork protest,” wrote Dennis Itumbi in part on Facebook.

He added: “My prayer remains that Monica’s parents and family gets Justice and closure. That Jacque and Jowie too – get Justice. It is scripture that records that…” You shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free and after you are free, you shall be free indeed!”
