Friday April 19, 2019-Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria has joined other Jubilee leaders in questioning the sincerity of NASA leader, Raila Odinga in his handshake with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The duo pledged to work together after the handshake, a truce that has led to a close working relationship that has been marred with suspicion and controversies.
He wondered why the former prime minister is yet to publicly rebuke his ally and Siaya Senator James Orengo who recently linked the handshake to the 2022 presidential elections.

On March 9th, 2018, Uhuru and Raila Odinga met at Harambee House where they resolved to bury their political differences and work for a united Kenya.
Kuria on Friday questioned Raila's sincerity about the union, saying that the opposition chief is showing signs of harbouring some political secrets and not being real.
The lawmaker said that as far as such remarks and many others are not addressed, then it will be very hard to trust Raila and believe that he is not out to cause harm to the Jubilee Party.
“Raila has people like Orengo who have been saying the handshake is about 2022. Has Raila come out to publicly rebuke him? In Embakasi South they told us that Irshard Sumra was a handshake candidate. These talks are creating suspicion,” Kuria said.
