MATIANG’I is not joking with these fools in the name of Team Tanga Tanga anymore! See what he did to RUTO’s MP DIDMUS BARASA yesterday night?

Friday April 26, 2019-Interior Cabinet Secretary, Fred Matiang’i, has struck Deputy President William Ruto’s Team Tanga Tanga once again, this time withdrawing the firearm and license for Kimili MP Didmus Barasa.

Didmus has vowed to fight back and has moved to the High Court in Nairobi seeking orders to have his firearm and license reinstated.

In court papers filed by his lawyer Danstan Omari, the Jubilee MP claims that his firearm was confiscated by police on Thursday night.

He wants the court to compel Interior Cabinet Secretary (CS) Fred Matiang'i and the Firearm Licensing Board to reinstate his gun.

According to Baraza, who is ardent supporter if Ruto and a member of Tanga Tanga Movement, he does not understand why the Government confiscated his firearm and license.

He argues that he has never violated any laws relating to firearm ownership, adding that his life has now been exposed to danger.

The vocal lawmaker now fears that the Government could withdraw his security and expose him to more external threats.

"The applicant has been receiving serious security threats to his life and the state's decision to confiscate his firearm exposes him to great danger," Omari told journalists at Milimani Law Courts on Friday.

In court papers certified as urgent, he cites an incident in January where he alleges that he was attacked and robbed by armed robbers along Mombasa Road.
