Here is the name of the Judge who was fired by UHURU during the State of Nation Address- More corrupt judges to be fired in coming days

Friday April 5, 2019-President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday fired a prominent High Court Judge over gross misconduct.

Speaking on Thursday in Parliament when he issued State of Nation Address, Uhuru fired High Court Judge, Joseph Mutava, over what he termed as gross misconduct.

"Today morning, I signed the instruments revoking the appointment of a High Court judge. This is the outcome undertaken within the framework of law," he said.

The Head of State said those institutions to fight corruption need to be strengthened and not weakened.
"Even with the success we have made, we cannot celebrate. Kenyans have spoken loudly and challenged us to eradicate corruption,” Uhuru said.
Mutava was sacked for demanding bribes in court cases and also over his involvement in Goldenberg cases where he is said to have been bribed to rule in favour of Goldenberg suspects.

During the Goldenberg scandal, Kenyan taxpayers lost billions of shilling in illegal god scam and businessman Kamlesh Pattni was the mastermind of the scandal.
