Fake Pastor JAMES NG’ANG’A dealt a severe and career threatening blow as court okays his prosecution-He may never preach again

Tuesday April 9, 2019-Controversial City Pastor, James Ng'ang'a, has been dealt a severe blow after the court allowed to the prosecutor to prosecute him over the Ksh3.6 million defrauded from a businessman.

Ng'ang'a had moved to court on Monday to block his prosecution on grounds that the move was driven by personal motive and that businessman Wickson Njoroge Mwathi was being used to settle personal scores.

In his ruling on Tuesday, Justice James Makau revealed that Ng'ang'a failed to demonstrate how his fundamental rights have been violated.

Makau further directed the embattled pastor to take plea in the Ksh3.6 million suit and that if he had any issues, he should raise them in the trial court.

Ng'ang'a was sued over claims that he had forfeited in paying rent for seven properties located in Karen Nairobi amounting to Ksh3.6 million.

He pleaded not guilty and was released on a Ksh 500,000 cash bail.
