Did JEFF KOINANGE hate his father this much? He is happy that he died and no longer part of his life-He would have ended up badly with him around

Monday April 1, 2019-Renowned Citizen TV news anchor, Jeff Koinange, does not regret growing up without his father.

Fredrick Mbiyu Koinange, who was the first Kenyan to open a car dealership and a powerful minister during Mzee Jomo Kenyatta’s era, died in 1966 when Jeff was only two years old.

Speaking during a candid interview with journalist Yvonne Aoll, Jeff said he does not miss anything growing without a father.

“Nothing” stated Jeff when he was asked about what he thinks he missed out on, not having a father around?

"I don’t regret anything. I’m glad he wasn’t there in a way,” he added.

According to Jeff’s reasoning, he would have been very sad had his father died later in life.

Besides, he would have ended up as a spoilt brat had his father been around.

"Also because if he was around, we might have ended up as some really spoilt brats as kids, and I’m glad we didn’t end up that way."

“So, you know, it’s not my calling, but, I think it’s a good thing he went," the celebrated JKL host added.
