MUSEVENI’s message after visiting Mzee MOI raises concerns over the former President’s health (LOOK)

Saturday, March 30, 2019- Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has raised concerns over the health of retired Kenyan President, Mzee Daniel Arap Moi after he paid him a courtesy call during his three day state visit in the country.

Baringo Senator and Mzee Moi’s son, Gideon Moi, had earlier stated that the long-serving Ugandan president met the 94-year old former Head of State at his Kabarnet Gardens home.

However, Museveni contradicted his statement by stating that he visited Moi in hospital and wished him a quick recovery.

Gideon has since pulled down his post.

Meanwhile, Moi’s press secretary Lee Njiru has admitted that Mzee Moi was in Nairobi for a routine medical check-up.

From the one photo shared on social media from the meeting, Museveni and Gideon were chatting with Moi who spotted a bandage on the back of his left palm.
