Here is RUTO’s nefarious plot of clipping the powers of DCI GEORGE KINOTI & DPP NOORDIN HAJI- He has panicked over the purge

Saturday March 30, 2019-Deputy President William Ruto’s allies are preparing a new bill that will trim the powers of Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), George Kinoti and Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Noordin Haji.

The bill which is being prepared by Kiharu MP, Ndindi Nyoro, will restrict the DCI and DPP to prosecution of criminal matters but not matters related to economic crimes.

If passed by the House and assented to by the president, investigations of all corruption cases will fall squarely under the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), leaving the DCI with just other criminal matters to investigate and recommend prosecution by the DPP.

On Friday, Homa Bay women representative, Gladys Wanga, warned that the “owners of the Bill” were trying to stop the war on graft,"

“We know who the sponsor of the Bill represents, but we will fight any attempts at clawing back the achievements we are gaining now with the vibrant officers at the helm of investigations and prosecutions,” Wanga said

Ruto wants the power of DCI and DPP be trimmed because many of his allies are being investigated by the two state agencies for stealing billions of shillings from taxpayers.
