This is why UHURU is very angry with RUTO – See the ghost project he launched in Kisii County - Sh 30 million was looted in a day (Photos)

Friday February 1, 2019-President Uhuru Kenyatta last week surprised Kenyans when he appointed Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi, as the chairman National Development Implementation and Communication Committee.

Matiangi’s new role is to supervise all government projects, including the Jubilee government’s legacy-driven 'Big Four' agenda.

In his speech in Mombasa before appointing Matiangi, President Kenyatta said the changes were being made to align all ministries to adopt a ‘One-Government Approach Policy.”

Matiangi’s new role reduced Deputy President William Ruto to a ceremonial DP since he will not be launching projects as he used to do.

A source close to President said he made the change after realising that the DP was launching ghost projects across the country like the one he launched in Kisii County.

In September 2016, Ruto went to Kisii and launched the construction of Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) at Ibeno at a cost of Sh 30 million.

Up to now, there is no construction of the college despite taxpayers paying Sh 30 million.

Here are photos of the stone that Ruto laid when he launched the construction in 2016.

  1. let look at it in this angle.

The other guy pretend to be so clean yet his family and his concubines and ass lickers have been looting the country dry.

Could he be the one sabotaging the development his dp has been initiating in his Lucifer schemes of fixing the dp going by what is going round: with the other HIV mouth so fixated on the dp by hate and try to use the kikuyu thing and the thieving family as his base of hate.
