This is what TUJU said after RUTO and his sycophants asked him to resign – UHURU’s Jubilee is crumbling like the Biblical Tower of Babel

Wednesday January 9, 2019 - Jubilee Party Secretary General, Raphael Tuju, has said he will not resign after a section of leaders allied to Deputy President William Ruto asked him to resign.

Addressing journalists at Jubilee Party headquarters on Wednesday, Tuju said those calls that he should exit the party as the SG are nothing but 'stories' and he was unbothered.

The Jubilee boss further dismissed claims that wrangles have erupted within the party after President Uhuru Kenyatta referred to some Central Kenya MPs as washenzi.

"We don't have any wrangles in the party. What you are witnessing is just a difference in opinions and that does not mean wrangles," Tuju said.

With regards to the ongoing debate about development in Central Kenya, Tuju said it is clearly stipulated under the party's manifesto that the President will equally spearhead development across the country and not one region only.

He also said the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga has united Kenyans and nobody should oppose the initiative.
