Here is the woman who made DAVID MURATHE resign on Sunday - Never joke with her if you want to survive politically

Monday January 7, 2019 - A renowned political analyst has doubted the explanation given by former Jubilee Party Chairman, David Murathe, when he resigned on Sunday.

When announcing his resignation, Murathe claimed that he voluntarily vacated the seat to concentrate on his new push to block Deputy President William Ruto's 2022 presidential bid.

However, in an interview with Radio Maisha on Monday morning, political scientist, Javas Bigambo, said Murathe was forced to resign by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Bigambo said Murathe dug his political grave last week when he started insulting Kirinyaga County Governor, Anne Waiguru, who is a close friend of the President.

Waiguru was the first leader who told Murathe to shut up when he said that Deputy President should retire with the President in 2022.

Bigambo said when Murathe started abusing Jubilee’s “real owners” like Waiguru and Kabogo, he became a marked man and that is the reason he was axed on Sunday.

“Huenda kuna mkono nyuma ya kujiuzulu kwake, hii ni crisis management na huenda waliona akiendelea kukaa pale angeleta matatizo.”

(This is all about managing the crisis he seems to have created, he must have been instructed to exit)," he said.
