Hotel Receptionist
Our client is a Hotel based in Somalia that delivers high quality, affordable and professional services in hospitality to their local and international customers. They seek to hire a highly competent, social and welcoming Hotel Receptionist who will be tasked to manage the front office operations of the hotel.

Location: Mogadishu, Somalia
·         Warmly Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests with a genuine smile
·         Assist in bookings and reservations
·         Operate the switchboard
·         Attend to all routes of room bookings, such as online, phone, and in person
·         Maintain orderliness and cleanliness at the front area
·         Answer telephonic and in-person queries related to the hotel services and resolved any issues
·         Process guests’ check ins and outs
·         Prepare and complete room and restaurant bills
·         Assist guests’ in storing valuables in secure deposit box
·         Liaise with other departments of hotel
·         Handle payments through cash, cheque and credit cards
·         Diploma in Hotel Management/ Front office operations
·         Must have 3 years’ experience as a receptionist, preferably in a 4 star/5-star Facility
·         Excellent Communication skills
·         Hold a valid Passport, and able to relocate to Mogadishu
·         Female candidates are encouraged to apply

·         Must be orderly with Ability to multi-task
·         Strong crisis management skills
