Job Summary
Claims officers are the individuals who collect and process the information needed to fulfill medical insurance claims and resolve billing issues in addition to processing routine claims, they investigate pending claims and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements 
·         Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent, CPA II
·         Bachelor’s degree in a business related field is an added advantage.
·         Proven experience of 2 years in a similar position
·         Excellent customer service skills.
·         Computer literate.

Administrator

Job Summary
Under the general guidance of the Chief Executive Officer and Director, he/she is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring compliance with administrative policies, procedures, regulations, and standards that ensure effective service delivery for all support services in the Hospital.
Requirements 
·         Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration / Management or any other relevant field.
·         Proven work experience of at least 5 years, three years being in a senior management capacity in a similar position from a reputable and busy environment.
·         Basic accounting skills & Computer Literate.
·         Strong communication and customer care skills.

Pharmaceutical Technologist

The position holder in liaison with the Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the hospital has drugs at all times and are required to maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs in the pharmacy.
Requirements 
·         Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology.
·         Valid and up to date registration license by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
·         Proven over 2 years working experience in a similar role from a reputable and busy environment.
