These are the 3 Kenyans wanted by ICC for helping UHURU/ RUTO kill witnesses - UHURU must hand them over to BENSOUDA or else...

Tuesday November 27, 2018 - The International Criminal Court (ICC) has revived its pursuit of three Kenyans suspected to have interfered with cases involving President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto among others.

In a statement on its site, the ICC announced that it is still pursuing Lawyers Paul GicheruPhillip Kipkoech Bett (alias Kipseng'erya) and journalist Walter Osapiri Barasa for interference.

The Hague-based court said that the three have been on the run since 2015 and they were keen to have them presented in court for prosecution.

The court has appealed to the Government of President Uhuru Kenyatta to cooperate with Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda to have the three arraigned at The Hague.

On Friday, the ICC indicated that the case remains in the pre-trial stage, pending the suspects' arrest or voluntary appearance before the Court.

It must be noted that the ICC does not try individuals in their absence.
