Here is why RUTO & his family are the REAL CARTELs in the maize scandal - See how they conned NCPB in broad daylight

Thursday November 29, 2018-Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC) is investigating a firm owned by Deputy President William Ruto that has been linked to the infamous maize scandal.

According to an EACC detective who spoke on condition of anonymity, the EACC sleuths are investigating Koilel Farm which is owned by the DP.

According to EACC documents, Koilel farm was paid Sh 20.8 million for supplying 11,844 bags of maize to the Eldoret deport.

Koilel Farm Limited was registered on October 2, 2015 in the name of the Ruto’s wife, Rachael, and son Nicholas Kipkurgat Ruto.

On October 17, the EACC wrote to the Strategic Food Reserve Trust Fund stating that the firm was among 62 others that were “of particular interest to EACC's inquiries”.

However it does not state when the maize was supplied. Also there are no traces of lorries that delivered the maize to NCPB.

But in his defence, Ruto through his lawyer, Kipchumba Karori, said he supplied 6000 bags of maize and he was entitled for the payment of sh 20.8 million.

“I have the clustered weight and how it was delivered and the vehicle number that delivered and the time when the vehicle checked into the Eldoret Cereals and Produce Board," Karori said.
