Customer Care Team Leader (re-advertised)
Our client supplies accessories to the hospitality industry in the areas of room service and food and beverage service.
They are looking to engage a Customer Care Team Leader who will coordinate the customer care team and showroom sales activities.
Key duties:
·         Supervise the Customer Care team.
·         Meet sales targets through showroom sales.
·         Provide reports and undertake client presentations.
·         Ensure effective follow-up of clients and client requirements.
·         Ensure good customer service throughout the client engagement process.
Key requirements:
·         Must have experience working in the hospitality sector
·         Must have supervisory experience in client related role
·         Experience in a showroom sales set up is an added advantage
