Wednesday October 10, 2018-A vocal Jubilee Party politician has become the first high profile leaders to visit Migori Governor, Okoth Obado, who is remanded at the dreaded Industrial Area Remand Prison for killing Rongo University student, Sharon Otieno.

Since his arrest 3 weeks ago, Obadohas only had former Kakamega Senator Bonnie Khalwale visiting him in court.
But George Mosiori, the Minority Chief Whip in Nyamira Assembly nominated under Jubilee, visited the governor last week before being taken ill to Kenyatta National Hospital.

“I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me, with Migori County Governor, Okoth Obado, Chris Ruba," Mosiori said.

His friend, Chris Ruba confirmed the visit, adding that the Governor has been a long time friend.

"We didn't take photos but we did visit him at Industrial Area prison. It was sad to see him in there but hopefully all will be well,” Ruba said.
