This is the tender in RUTO’s office that has upset every Kenyan even UHURU - This guy is a certified thief and he does it with impunity! LOOK

Monday October 8, 2018 - Deputy President William Ruto has infuriated Kenyans, especially President Uhuru Kenyatta, after his office invited tenders for air charter services for 2 planes - a helicopter and a fixed wing air craft - in a newly published advertisement.

According to the advert, the interested bidders are required to have a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA).

Other requirements include bank statements indicating a healthy financial status, access to a credit line and a complete litigation history of the company.

Tender documents can be obtained at Harambee House Annex 1st Floor, Room 1B12/13.

A non-refundable fee of Sh1,000 also has to be paid by interested bidders.

This comes even as the Government of President Uhuru Kenyatta is grappling with high debts and has even reduced unnecessary expenditure as well as foreign and domestic travels to raise money to repay the debts which are choking the economy.

It now remains to be seen how Uhuru will react to Ruto wasting public money to hire choppers for his own use.

  1. May be the DP should have simply said he wants the government to be hiring his planes to carry him wherever he wants to go. Otherwise, the office of DP should save us alot of PR and simply award the tender. Remember, a Wiseman once said Kenya is short of fools
