SHARON OTIENO had planned to trap OKOTH OBADO with a SEX TAPE at this Hotel and she almost succeeded.

Thursday, October 4, 2018 - The late Sharon Otieno, who was brutally murdered and her body dumped in Kodera Forest, had planned to trap Governor Okoth Obado with a sex tape and she almost succeeded but her evil plan flopped at the last minute.

The young University lady started blackmailing the embattled Governor after their affair hit a snag and one of her plans was to record a sex tape and leak it online.

Sharon’s plan to record a sex tape with Obado was revealed by the Governor’s wife, Hellen, in a statement to detectives at DCI headquarters.

Hellen told detectives that Sharon wanted to trap her husband with a sex tape in April this year during the Devolution Conference.

According to Mrs. Obado, a man called her from Awendo sub-county and introduced himself as a friend of the Governor’s family.

She said the caller informed her that Sharon was booked at Imperial Hotel in Kisumu where the sex tape was to be recorded.

"I called one of our coordinators from Awendo to inquire if Sharon was part of the Governor's campaign team dubbed Warembo na Obado. We confirmed she wasn't," Hellen said.

Hellen then called her husband who was at the Devolution Conference in Kakamega to inform him of the plot.

"I asked him whether he knew Sharon and whether he had booked with her at the said hotel.”

“He denied that and informed me that he was staying at the Acacia Premier hotel," she told detectives at DCI headquarters.

"I told him (the Governor) that I had information of a plan of recording him with Sharon.”

“He dismissed the allegations and maintained that he was not booked at the Imperial Hotel." Hellen added.
