Here is why Judge LESSIT gave OKOTH OBADO a Sh 5 million bond despite killing SHARON like a dog-Few people knew this

Thursday October 25, 2018-High Court Judge, Jesse Lessit on Wednesday released Migori Governor, Okoth Obado, on a cash bail of Sh 5 million and a surety of the same amount.
Obado was released after spending 33 days in the dock over killing of University of Rongo Student, Sharon Otieno.
Sharon, 26, was killed last month and her body dumped in Kodera Forest, Homa Bay County.
Obado, his Personal Assistant, Michael Oyamo, and his driver, Caspal Obiero, are the prime suspects in the gruesome murder that shocked the entire nation.
In giving her ruling on the bail issue, Justice Lessit said the prosecution failed to link Obado directly to the murder of Sharon Otieno and only relied on circumstantial evidence and hence ‘it would be dangerous to deny him bail at this juncture’.
“Although the court cannot make conclusive findings of the evidence supplied at this juncture, I find that there is only circumstantial evidence referring to the first accused (Obado).”
“It would, therefore, be dangerous now to use that kind of evidence to deny him bail,” the Judge stated.
