Governor, MIKE SONKO now says he is ready to go home in 2022 for fighting GRAFT -Vows to slay the dragon of CORRUPTION

Sunday October 21, 2018-Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko, has vowed to eliminate corruption in the city by firing and arresting all those county officials who engages in acts of corruption.
Speaking at Pumwani Grounds on Saturday during celebrations to mark the 54th Mashujaa Day, Sonko said he is ready to lose his seat in 2022 if fighting corruption will be among the things that would make him lose his seat.
"Let them hate me for what I'm doing.”
“It is not a must for me to become Governor again.”
“I will make sure I bring sanity to the county," Sonko said.
The Nairobi Governor said he would continue fighting people who want to stall development and entrench corruption in Nairobi.
“Even if I remain with one CEC, I have no problem with that as long as I fight corruption. I’ll continue with my style of leadership,” said.
The flamboyant Governor also asked the Director of Public Prosecutions and other agencies to crack the whip in Nairobi.
"They must clean the county.”
"Ufisadi imefanya Nairobi ikawa nyuma.”
“Public money should remain public money.”
“I do not have anything against anyone," Sonko said.
