Good news for Citizen TV’s JACQUE MARIBE as HAJJ begs her to become a State witness against her LOVER, JOSEPH IRUNGU aka JOWI

Wednesday October 3, 2018 - Citizen TV’s presenter, Jacque Maribe, may not be charged with the murder of Monica Kimani if she agrees to be in a State witness in the murder case facing her fiancé, Joseph Irungu alias Jowi.

According to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Jackie will not be charged with murder if she agrees to testify against her lover who is implicated in the murder of Ms Kimani.

With the latest development, Maribe may now testify against Irungu in two charges of murder and attempted suicide.

Maribe, currently in police cells after a Kiambu Court allowed the police to hold her for 10 days, has in a new statement detailed how Irungu attempted to commit suicide at their Royal Park Estate home in Lang’ata.

On Monday evening, Maribe demolished the explanation by Irungu that he was shot by criminals on a motorbike while the two were driving home on the night of September 20th.

Earlier, in a self-recorded statement, which was presented to Kilimani DCI officers, Maribe detailed how she and her fiancé were trailed by gunmen, who she accused of shooting Irungu.

She admitted that she lied to the police and now says she is ready to spill the beans about the murder of Monica Kimani.
