A popular blogger based in Lagos shared the video and alleged that the soldiers were being punished after they
demanded their allowances.
“Lt Col AO Bukoye whipping soldiers at Jaji for allegedly demanding for
their allowances. The president needs to fire this man what a nonsense.”He ranted.
